Silica provides an immediate mattifying effect that makes our brightening serums and creams suitable for oily skin types. It absorbs excess sebum throughout the day for a shine-free finish without drying the skin.

MECHANISM

Amorphous silicon dioxide with a highly porous structure that absorbs sebum and surface oil on contact. Creates a matte finish by scattering light. Also improves texture by acting as a spreadability agent and reducing tackiness.
