Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 provides a topical alternative to injections for expression line reduction. We use it in our peptide and retinol formulations where it works synergistically with other anti-aging actives to deliver visible smoothing results over time.
MECHANISM
Synthetic hexapeptide that mimics the N-terminus of SNAP-25. Competes for SNARE complex assembly, reducing neurotransmitter release at the neuromuscular junction. Result: relaxed facial muscles, reduced expression lines.
