Butylene Glycol provides efficient hydration without heaviness and actively helps drive other actives deeper into the skin. It is particularly valuable in our mist and serum formulations where penetration efficiency matters most.

MECHANISM

1,3-Butanediol acts as a lightweight humectant with penetration-enhancing properties. Disrupts lipid packing in the stratum corneum to improve delivery of active ingredients. Also serves as a solvent for hydrophilic actives.
